Kwara State Commissioner for Education, Dr. Lawal Olohungbebe has called on the State House of Assembly to support the ministry’s efforts to enhance and improve the education system across the state.
During a visit to the House Committee on Education, Dr. Olohungbebe unveiled plans for a student support service, direct engagement with learners, and rewards for outstanding teachers across all 16 LGAs.
“We must work together to ensure accessible, quality education for every child,” he said, thanking Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and lawmakers for their efforts in revamping the education sector.
Hon. Boriya and fellow committee members pledged full support, emphasising collaboration for progress in Kwara’s education sector.
