The newly appointed coordinator of the Nigeria Air Force Officers Wives Association (NAFOWA), Kwara State Chapter, Hajia Maryam Adeola Akande-Lawal, Ilorin Chapter, held her inaugural meeting with members of the association, where she shared her goals and objectives.
At the meeting, Hajia Maryam Lawal urged members to show commitment to the association and assured them of her readiness to listen to their concerns at all times.
After the meeting, she led members on a visit to the NAFOWA Little Angels School in Ilorin, Kwara State, for an inspection. During the visit, she identified areas in need of urgent intervention to protect the school’s good reputation and improve its standard.
She called for the support and cooperation of all members to ensure a successful tenure. She also encouraged unity, love, and mutual care among members, adding that her leadership will focus on creating an enabling environment for everyone.
In their response, members expressed satisfaction with her message as they thanked her for her kind words and pledged their full support and loyalty toward the success of association.
