LOKOJA – A high court in Lokoja, Kogi state judiciary has sacked the Ohinoyi of Ebira land, His Majesty Alhaji Ahmed Muhammed Tijani Anaje from office.
Hon Justice Salisu Umar, the Presiding judge of High Court 6 Lokoja in his ruling on Monday made an order directing the defender to stop parading himself as the paramount traditional ruler of Ebira land.
Though the court is yet to make available details of the judgement, independent learnt that the case pertain to case number HCO/05C/2024, filed by Dr. Barnabas Adeku Ojiah and two others against the Governor of Kogi State.
