AS Roma Women have officially announced the signing of Super Falcons winger, Rinsola Babajide, following her exit from Spanish club Costa Adeje Tenerife (CD Tenerife Femenino).
In a statement released on Monday, the Italian side confirmed that Babajide has signed a contract that will keep her at the club until June 30, 2027, welcoming the Nigerian international to their ranks.
The 27-year-old brings her wealth of experiences across clubs in England including Millwall, Watford, Liverpool, and Brighton & Hove Albion as well as in Spain where she turned out for Real Betis before joining Tenerife.
“It’s an honour to be honest. It’s a Champions League club, a prestigious club as well so I’m very happy to be here,”Babajide expressed her excitement following her transfer to the Italian side.
