Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule has dissolved his entire team of political appointees, effective immediately.
The announcement was made on Friday, February 7, during a valedictory session at the Government House in Lafia, which was attended by various advisors and assistants.
This move is part of a larger restructuring effort, which also includes the removal of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Barrister Muhammad Aliyu-Ubamdoma, and the dismissal of all commissioners.
Governor Sule expressed gratitude for their dedication and contributions to the state’s development during their tenure. He also hinted that some individuals might be reconsidered for appointments in different roles.
Following this, he inaugurated the Sole Administrator of Udege Development Area in Nasarawa Local Government, along with the chairman and board members of the College of Education, Akwanga.
He urged the newly appointed officials to commit themselves to supporting his administration’s objectives and ensuring its success.
