Singer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent, has filed a lawsuit against rapper Odumodublvck, alleging assault and battery during a public event on December 16, 2024.
According to Kraziecent, Odumodublvck attacked him without provocation while he was peacefully taking photos and videos. He further claimed the rapper smashed his iPhone 15 Pro Max and subjected him to public humiliation. As part of the suit, he is demanding compensation for reputational damage and the embarrassment suffered.
Presiding judge, Adeyemi Ajayi, adjourned the hearing to November 26 after Kraziecent’s counsel, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that the defendant had yet to file a response. Odumodublvck’s lawyer, Sheriff Bello, also requested more time to properly prepare for the case.
