17 players arrive Super Eagles’ camp for Lesotho clash For 2026 WCQ

The Super Eagles’ camp in Polokwane came alive on Tuesday with the arrival of 17 players ahead of their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Lesotho.

The team had opened camp on Monday, with head coach Eric Chelle expected to oversee the first official training session later tonight.

Six players are still expected to join the squad ahead of the crucial matchday nine clash, scheduled for Friday at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

Players currently in camp include
William Troost-Ekong, Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Chrisantus Uche, Wilfred Ndidi, Bruno Onyemaechi, Terem Moffi, Moses Simon, Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze, Frank Onyeka, Tolu Arokodare, Semi Ajayi, Stanley Nwabali, Adebayo Adeleye, and Amas Obasogie.
